Our Mission

When creating Hurricane Air, the purpose was to always provide exceptional service to customers. To really bring back the “serve the customer honestly and wholeheartedly” spirit. Our main focus is to provide all the information available, so the consumer can make an educated decision on what works best for them. We are here for them! Our responsibility is to provide a seamless system for our customers. From the unfortunate service call to the regular maintenance all the way to the possible new install. We understand it is a daunting task trying to figure out what the right decisions are and that is why we educate. We train our team members on the ins and outs on every product we provide. Whether they are answering the phones or installing our products, each team member has the understanding of what our solutions offer. To us, it is imperative that we train our staff to properly educate our customers.

At Hurricane Air, we tend to have people that WANT to work here due to our no pressure approach to the air conditioning business. Whether it’s a simple repair or a major purchase we do not pressure the customer. It is not in our DNA. We provide solutions. Therefore our team members actually get to enjoy their job/career AND also make new friends along the way. It is nice to build a company where the guys/ladies in the field actually have a say so when it comes to ideas or presenting new ideas. The team members here are what built this company and will continue to do so. Training is a HUGE part of our process/culture here. We are up to-date with the latest information regarding air systems and indoor air quality. We have a training facility that we utilize to make sure our technicians are at the top of their game.

Larry came to the house because the air was not working. Found that the air had to be replaced. After the sticker shock we bought one that is going to be replaced on Friday. Sure hope so our house is at 86° right now. He did a great job.
